Nominate Your Company for Northern NV Now’s Celebration of Business and Industry!

On Thursday, December 10th, Northern NV Now’s (formerly EDAWN’s) ‘Celebration of Business & Industry’ event will be honoring businesses who have made significant contributions to our regional economy. The event, expected to bring together over 600 business and community members, will celebrate the industries that drive local economic growth and emphasize the crucial role primary companies play in our community’s success.

 

To be considered for recognition at this year’s event, your company must be a Primary Company in our region, meaning 51% or more of your company’s revenue is generated outside of the state of Nevada. These Primary Companies significantly boost our economy by bringing in revenue from outside the state, contributing to overall economic growth. They create more jobs and help to diversify the economy, reducing dependence on local markets and mitigating risks associated with economic downturns, contributing to a more resilient and dynamic economy.

  • All required fields in the nomination form will need to be completed to be considered. If your company is selected to be celebrated, you will be notified in advance and provided with additional information.

Northern NV Now Community Events

Northern NV Now hosts our annual “Celebration of Business & Industry in Northern Nevada” (COBINN) to honor businesses and individuals who have made significant contributions to our regional economy. This event hosts over 600 business/community members and celebrates new, expanding, and existing industries that foster a thriving economic ecosystem reinforcing the importance of local businesses in the community’s overall prosperity.

Nominations for our 2026 event will open in October.

Northern NV Now’s annual “State of the Economy in Northern Nevada” (SOE) Economic Update Luncheon takes place at the beginning of each year and brings together more than 1,500 business and community leaders. The event features presentations from Brian Gordon, Principal at Applied Analysis, who provides a national and regional economic outlook, and Taylor Adams, Northern NV Now’s President and CEO, who shares updates on Northern Nevada’s progress over the past year, including new companies, job growth, and opportunities to expect in the year ahead.
